Terms of Service

VISMES has opened this site for the personal information of its users. No commercial use, even partial, of the data presented therein may be carried out without the prior written consent of VISMES. This page details the legal conditions applying to each visitor to this site. Consulting it implies unconditional acceptance and application of the specifications of this document.

  Liability - exclusion of warranty

a) VISMES has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of all the information provided on its site. Despite the care taken in the choice of information placed on this site, it is possible that it contains errors, inaccuracies or omissions. The contractual responsibility of VISMES can in no case be engaged with regard to any one-off and unexpected errors that may occur on the site. On the other hand, the information communicated on this site can be modified and updated without notice.

b) VISMES cannot be held responsible for any material or immaterial damage, direct or indirect, whatever the causes (including those that may be caused by the possible spread of viruses or by computer fraud) or consequences resulting from consultation of this site, its use, information and use of the information it contains or the impossibility of having access to it, with the exception of direct damage resulting from gross negligence or intention of VISMES.

c) In addition, the hypertext links placed on this site in order to complete the information cannot engage the responsibility of VISMES because of their content; no more than the content of external sites designating the site by a hypertext link, no control being able to be exerted by VISMES on these completely independent sites. Any user of the site and the hypertext links must protect themselves from viruses which may be inoculated into them when visiting this site or sites accessible from this site by hypertext links. VISMES does not guarantee that the server hosting the site is virus-free or that a technical problem could arise that could damage the components of the user's computer or the data that could be stored there. In any event, VISMES or one of its subcontractors cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur when connecting to the site.

a) The entirety of this site, the presentation and each of the elements, including logos, graphics, photographs, plans, videos, sounds, etc., appearing on the site are protected by the French and international laws in force relating to the intellectual property, and are the exclusive property of VISMES.

b) No license or any right other than that of consulting the "site" is conferred on anyone with regard to intellectual property rights. Reproduction of site documents is authorized for the sole purpose of information for personal and private use; any reproduction or any use of copies made for other purposes is expressly prohibited.

c) Use of documents: all information, images, videos, advertising campaigns, etc. are protected as indicated above. These creations are encumbered with rights of third parties (ie photographers, models, illustrators, directors…) which are the subject of transfers of rights which have been negotiated by mutual agreement. Each visitor to the site who provides personal information to VISMES grants VISMES all the transferable rights relating to this information and authorizes VISMES to use them. The information thus provided by visitors under their responsibility will be considered non-confidential, and must be accurate, lawful and not harm the interests of third parties. VISMES undertakes not to communicate the information collected to third parties for commercial use.

Visitors have the possibility at any time to exercise their rights of access, modification, rectification and deletion of data concerning them (art. 34 of the "Informatique & Libertés" law of January 6, 1978).
